Senior Project Coordinator

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Manage EU&CAN Medical OBU Budget & Finances: support annual budget planning, reporting and reviews, PO creation and management, track invoices and expenditures
• Manage and ensure timely submission of the Monthly Activity Reports (MARs)
• Source and collate input from the EU&CAN Medical Leadership Team, e.g. congress planning, publication plans, etc.
• Ensure efficient, seamless planning and execution of key regional projects
• Support the Head of EU&CAN Medical Oncology with the internal communication activities (e.g. Medical Forum meetings)
• Provide operational and project management support to the EU&CAN Medical Therapeutic Area Leads: help with management of the TAL networks, TAL Network meetings facilitation, organization of the TA regional events and initiatives, etc.
• Provide guidance on the processes and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Identify areas for operational efficiency/excellence, streamline process and simplify the ways of working
• Liaise with stakeholders in GMA, EU&CAN Business etc. to ensure cross-franchise and cross-functional visibility


Education:
• Relevant graduate level degree within a business, scientific or healthcare field

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 2+ years in biotech or pharma industry or 3+ years of combined experience in strategy, planning or business operations roles in a high-growth industry
• Possesses excellent people and project management skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels across the company; adept at Situational Leadership
• Possesses understanding of finance and budget management
• Possesses a natural curiosity and exceptional analytical skills, able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings and draw insightful conclusions that translate into results
