•* Accountable for building and managing site relationships while overseeing site-level study startup, conduct, and close-out activities outsourced to a CRO for global programs across different Therapeutic Areas
•* Develop and implement a plan in collaboration with the global and local organization to raise the profile of the company and its global clinical development projects with current and potential investigators
•* Independently perform activities associated with the evaluation of investigational sites in order to build company network
•* Ensures ICH/GCP/local regulatory requirements are observed
•* Proactively work with Medical/Patient Associations to build company network and to promote company clinical trials
•* To develop the knowledge of site capabilities and past performance
•* Managing and steering CROs
•* To ensure regular communication with local organizations to align interactions with KTLs and other relevant local/regional stakeholders
•* Proactive issue monitoring and management

Requirements:
•* BS degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, • Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy)
*• At least 8 year experience in clinical research in pharma or biotech company or CRO
* Experience with management and supervision of CROs/vendors is preferred.
•* Clinical research operational knowledge, strong project planning/management and effective communication skills.
*• Experience and ability in coordinating global or regional teams in a virtual environment. Proven track record in successfully managing various aspects of trials from start-up to database lock.
* Monitoring experience is recommended or other relevant experience should be considered, such as data management or central monitoring.
•* Strong knowledge of standard Microsoft applications, willingness to learn new systems.
*• Experience with planning tools is an asset.
•* Willing to travel internationally up to 50% of time.
