Opportunities available for CRA II/ SCRA to be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role will be dedicated to work for a single sponsor and have the flexibility of either being office/home based.

As an experienced CRA you will have an opportunity to deliver all aspects of a CRA/SCRA role not limiting to site monitoring and startups. You will be a part of vibrant and passionate clinical research professionals who are supportive and value your ideas. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Interacting with internal and external stake holders for project and study related work.
- Evaluate, initiate, monitor and close out clinical trial sites in accordance with the monitoring plan.
- Facilitate subject enrolment at site level with focused patient recruitment strategies and action plans.
- Ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with the study protocol ICH GCP, SOP’S and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports for Investigator and Site Evaluations, Clinical Site Initiation, Clinical Site Monitoring and Clinical Site closeouts.
- Enter and maintain electronic site management systems like IVRS, eClinical.
- Identify site needs, site related issues and escalate them when necessary, providing solutions for site staff to facilitate the clinical trial process.
- Facilitate the resolutions of clinical queries to investigate staff in accordance to the study specific monitoring plan.
- Assist in preparing sites for audits, review audit reports and contribute to resolve findings.
- Mentor new CRA’s and provide backup cover for absence as required.


- Bachelor’s Degree in Life science or RN
- Min 12 months plus site monitoring experience
- Ability to travel (including interstate) as per business requirements, approx. 40%
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent planning and communication skills
