Hotline Support

• Hotline medical support to deliver medical solutions verbally
• Reconciliation performed between IMS and MI quarterly
• Input and analyze hotline inquires data, apply quantitative analytical techniques to find
and solve practical problems, and write the analysis report yearly

Medical Information Support

• Provide bibliography retrievals and Medical Solutions to external customer queries
across the portfolio and therapy areas
• Inquiries record summarized and analyzed to apply quantitative analytical tools and
techniques, and write the summary report yearly
• Responsible for maintaining and expanding understanding of China epidemiology data
• Update FAQ by product in combination with database
• Distribute progressing information in Medical Department in time
• Any other responsibilities and duties which may be required from time to time

Customer insights

• Collaborate with product team to provide MI update newsletters monthly
• Maintain and expand resources of the system
• Involved in latest medical activities & academic conference of medical department
• Provide trainings on medical information skill to new medical representatives based on orientation training needs
• Experience: Medical or pharmacological background
• Skills:
- Excellent ability to research information and provide oral, written & presentation solutions
- Strong customer insight sense
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Novartis oncology products and related disease areas
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Languages: Excellent English skill in reading and writing
• Bachelor or Master Degree with medical or pharmacological background
