We are looking for talented and motivated candidates to join the team and take part in this long term, dynamic project.

The project will provide exposure across a variety of Therapeutic Areas with an organization that is on the forefront of adopting new processes and technologies, creating a unique opportunity for career growth and development. - Critical to the project is the role of Manager – Project Management.

The Manager is responsible for Recruiting, Managing and Leading FSP staff across their respective region. Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring FSP staff are adequately trained and adhere to all appropriate SOPs, policies and applicable regulations and guidelines
• Ensuring FSP staff achieve expected quality compliance standards with all appropriate SOPs, policies, regulations and guidelines
• Making study/site assignments in conjunction with company team
• Ensuring FSP staff meet expected study timelines and deliverables
• Supporting FSP staff to achieve delivery of study objectives
• Providing regular feedback to company management about operations of the FSP staff
• Evaluating performance metrics to identify process improvement areas
• Acting as point of contact for company CPOM or PRM or delegate
• Carrying out performance management for staff not meeting appropriate sponsor expectations Critical Success Factors for the Role include:
• Experience managing direct line reports, not just responsibility for a project team
• Desire to manage people, rather than projects
• Strong training skills
• Experience anticipating and resolving problems

Required experience and qualifications:

BS degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy)
Clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
Clinical research operational knowledge, strong project planning/management and effective communication skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills leading to successful team collaboration.
