Overview of the role:

In this role you will be responsible and accountable for 2 trials for data management related activities from study start up, conduct to study close out.
You will represent DM at clinical trial team meeting, interacts with medical director or clinical study lead, stats, stats programming and monitor directly.
Responsible for coaching/mentoring support DM if needed.


• The Lead Data Manager provides leadership and expertise in all aspects of Data Management.
• Develop and manage timelines for study data deliverables, including Go-Live, interim milestones, and Interim/Final DB Lock.
• Collaborate with the relevant functions (clinical, biostatistics, database programming, medical, coder, medical writing etc.) across all geographies.
• Be the Data Management single point of contact to ensure that the deliverables are being met – specifically in terms of timelines, quality, and utilization of resources.
• Lead the Data Management activities (data cleaning, 3rd party vendor reconciliations, …) and manage DM activities across supporting DM.
• Provide an accurate status to the Clinical Trial Team and share database related metrics to study team regularly.
• Keep all Data Management study documentation up-to-date / audit ready in the appropriate Document Management System.
• Proven problem-solving skills including capability to make appropriate decisions in ambiguous situations, ability to conduct root cause analyses.
