DOCS is hiring a Junior Clinical Trial Assistant (m/w) to become part of this incredible team.


Responsibilities include:

• Set up and maintain applicable TMF (both electronic and hard copy versions). Alert management where current status of data quality or performance is at risk to noncompliance.

• Maintain, update, and input information and/or documents into applicable databases for clinical trial and/or data tracking; ensure reporting system records and quality standards are appropriately maintained.

• Track incoming and outgoing clinical and regulatory documents/updates for investigator sites, studies, or project team.

• Support assigned group(s) or team(s) in preparing applicable study documents.

• Manage central inbox and process site requests to appropriate team members and serve as the primary point of contact for field monitoring staff.

• Order supplies to support all phases of clinical studies

• Distribute safety notifications and coordinate the ordering, labelling, release, distribution, relabeling and destruction of IMP; manage the documents and shipments from local depot and ensure proper blinding during the study period.


Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in similar role of about 2 years.
• First experience in Medical Documentation
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, fluent in German or French, Italian is a plus
• Excellent computer user skills
