Responsible for managing the end-to-end contract paperwork process. Responsible for contract process quality control and sending executed contracts and amendments as appropriate to third parties. Liaise among business partners and stakeholders and study team to assist with complex issue resolution.

Deliverables:
• Services rendered will adhere to applicable SOPs, Regulatory requirements etc.
• End to end contract execution utilizing legally approved templates.
• Contracting services will include:
-delivering contracts for services according to the outline process
-Includes systematically and efficiently managing contract creation with focus on scope of work definition
-will interfere with Sponsor subject matter to ensure contract accurately reflects element required
• Liaise among business partners and stakeholders and study team to assist with complex issue resolution.
• Run report to find contract and amendment still outstanding and follow up for signature
• Organize, store, archive and retrieve files for contracts and other relevant documents
• Maintain electronic repository of contracts and related documents
• Archive documents to third party repository

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in appropriate scientific or business disciplines.
• Previous experience in administration is required
•Fluent German or Italian or Spanish and English is a must
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum).
• Must demonstrate innovative spirit, have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience working in virtual teams.
