Overview
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will be responsible for study start up activities, including creating site folders, collating, preparing and maintain (e) SIP documents, updating systems. You will liaise with clinical sites to collect, review and track feasibility questionnaires.

The Role and your Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate entry and maintain local data into study management systems ( eClinical, CDSS/ CDSS-R, SADMs, etc) including setting up new studies in eClinical.
• Provide support to responding to local audits and inspections
• Prepare and review site communication documents; facilitate mass mailings / taxes
• Provide administrative support such as word processing, photocopying, taxing, filing, and managing correspondence, presentation preparations and basic computer software support.



Required experience and qualifications

• Education BSN/BS/MS
• Work experience in life sciences and medically related field, including biopharmaceutical clinical research experience
• Clinical trial process experience
• Working involving data entry into systems/ databases and/ or business support role
