ICON GSS is searching for a Clinical Study Administrator in Irvine, CA for a telecommuting position. The position requires going into Irvine office 2x/week; ramping up to 3 every other week. Clinical research background preferred.


Assemble, distribute, and file critical study/project documents,
including mass communications and study newsletters
Follow-up with clinical sites on essential study documents
Draft agenda/meeting minutes and scheduling of meetings.
Order, ship, and track study supplies including, but not limited to,
investigational devices and site binders. Maintain master device
accountability log as requested.
Assists in payments/tracking for patient reimbursements.
Maintain and track relevant activities in CTMS and other study esystems, as appropriate
Run reports including training matrix reports, metrics for management
Support management of IRB/IEC renewal compliance.
Coordinate process for the review of study data, including data
received by third-party vendors, such as MRIs


Bachelor’s Degree and 1-4 years of work-related experience. (required)
Prefer a degree in the sciences
Prefer knowledge of clinical research
Prefer medical device experience in the cardiovascular field
Ability to use PC and associated software.
Excellent PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Ability to multi-task, excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is desirable.
Knowledge of project management tools is desirable
