This is a country aligned, field based role that provides operational support to Clinical Country Management (CCM) personnel. The CCA acts in coordination with and under the operational direction of CCM to provide
support for local partnerships (internal and external) and enable the delivery and execution of the R&D pipeline.
The CCA may form collaborative partnerships with stakeholders ( eg. COM, COS, QoCO), and strategic partners (eg CROs), and other key stakeholders (eg. Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Trial Sites) as required to
support trial activities at sites.
A key deliverable for the CCA will be ensuring GCO Sponsor/CRO quality oversight activities are performed as needed at the local level. The CCA role will also be utilized to ensure all required country operational activities are completed, enabling CCM to focus on delivering the required operational and scientific information to execute the overall development strategy in their country.
Where able, the CCA will allow as a point of contact for country level/cross study activities relating to local ‘sponsor’ relationships, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to provide local information, resourceand communication capabilities to maximize information flow in order to raise or mitigate potential issues and efficiently resolve active issues.


Science background and education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years clinical trial experience, ideally with background as CRA and/or study coordinator.
Experience working with outsourced models preferred.
English is a MUST
